He is the Chairman of the company. Mr. Nandi is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, having knowledge in Accounting, Auditing, Income Tax and Costing. He is the founder promoter of the Company. He is involved in formulating the business strategies and arranging for the financial needs of the Company. He has wide range of expertise and experience in the sector of railway infrastructure sector and in merchant export business. He possesses leadership experience in handling strategic planning with a vision of the future.

He is the Managing Director of the company. Mr. Ghosh is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta. He is the Promoter of the Company. He along with his team identifies the projects which the company would participate in and mobilizes the necessary inputs in order so that the company bags the selected projects. He is also looking after the project execution wing of the Company and under his able leadership the Company has been successfully completing various projects in the allotted time.

He is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. He is the Promoter of the Company. Mr. Singh is a graduate from Ravishankar University, Raipur. He is looking after the project financing strategies of the Company and under his able leadership the Company has been successfully generating margins on completing various projects. Under his able leadership, the company has been fortunate for not facing any problems at this front.

He is the Executive Director of the company. Mr Sircar is associated with the Company holding various eminent positions including the position of Chief Operating Officer. He has vast experience and expertise in this field requiring highly technical knowledge and skills. He is looking after the logistics management and other related matters with the work force of the Company. He is also looking after the rice bran oil extraction plant of the Subsidiary 'BCL Bio Energy Private Limited'.

He has completed his Post Graduation from the University of Calcutta. He worked as the General Manager in Allahabad Bank in 2004. He headed international branches of the bank and has a cumulative banking experience of more than 39 years. Mr. Chakraborty also acted as the CEO of Midas ARC Pvt. Ltd. As a retired banker, he has vast experience in accounts, audit and governance procedures.

Dr. Mukherjee completed her Ph.D from the University of Calcutta. She has served as the Principal of Lady Brabourne College, Govt. of West Bengal for more than 5 years. She has also been part of NAAC Peer team, UGC Expert Committee and Academic Audit team of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata to name a few. As a retired government employee, she has vast experience in administration, managment and governace procedures.

Mr. Mukherjee is a Graduate from the University of Mumbai, he is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) Advanced Management Programme in Banking and Finance. He worked in various managerial positions in Bank of India (BOI) including the position of the General Manager of BOI. He has also served as a member of various board committees of the Bank of India and has a cumulative banking experience of more than 39 years. As a retired banker, he has vast experience in accounts, audit procedures and corporate governance.

Mr. Mondal is a Graduate in Business Adminstration. He served as a Regional Manager of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He has about 30 years’ experience in international market development and implementation of quality standard. As a retired governement employee, he has vast experience in management, administration and Corporate Affairs.
