Founded in the year 1995, the company first made forays into a highly technical field, overhead electrification of the Indian Railways. Mr Aparesh Nandi, Mr Jayanta Kumar Ghosh and Mr Uday Narayan Singh, first generation promoters and the present Directors of BCPL started the business of the Company.
