The main objects of the Company are export of all types of food grains, animal feeds and other commodities.

Line of Activity

The Company’s main activity is export of various commodities to Bangladesh, UAE, USA, Europe and other countries. POL is recently venturing into leather accessories business.

BCL BIO ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED (BCL) - SUBSIDIARY

BCL was incorporated on 3rd May, 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation no. U11200WB2021PTC244926, with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Registered Office of BCL is situated at 13B, Bidhan Sarani, Chanda Plaza, 3rd Floor, Kolkata – 700 006. The main objects of the Company is extracting oil from Rice Bran through Solvent Extraction process.

Line of Activity

Installation of the plant for extraction of oil from Rice Bran through Solvent Extraction process is in full swing. 

BRIL SOCIAL FOUNDATION (BRIL) - SUBSIDIARY

BRIL was incorporated on 29th April, 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation no. U85300WB2022NPL253511, with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Registered Office of BCL is situated at 112, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Sarani, Kolkata – 700 007. The main objects of the Company is pursuing all Corporate Social Rsponsibilities of the parent company BCPL.
